Smith Micro Software recently announced that it has paid short- and long-term debt obligations that strengthen the balance sheet as it enters 2019. The total amount of repaid debt obligations are about $3.2 million. The company has also announced that it has completed a private placement transaction with some of the investors, and from these transaction proceedings, it has repaid the debt obligations allowing more flexibility in executing on other strategic initiatives and deliver robust solutions that benefit both subscribers and wireless carriers around the globe.
