Network Wireless Solutions Expands Its Senior Team

NWS strengthens its staff in preparation for increasing scale and quicker expansion.

Fremont, CA:  NWS has been providing mission-critical services to the cellular telecommunications industry since 2012. Through its experience, quality of service, and capacity to build and deploy unique cabling solutions and equipment precisely when needed, the firm has established itself as a crucial partner to carriers, project managers, and general contractors.

Network Wireless Solutions, a rapidly growing solutions and logistics vendor to carriers and telephony contractors, made several advancements within its team this week, along with the creation of two new executive positions to accelerate the Company's growth and scale of operations.

Bill Elkin, the former Chief Financial Officer of NWS, will take on the newly formed function of Chief Operating Officer (COO) (CFO). In this new role, Mr. Elkin is responsible for increasing operational efficiency throughout the organization, including evaluating prospects for expanded scale and efficiency afforded by the Company's recently acquired alliances with Gap Wireless and JF TECH.

NWS Vice President of Sales Sam Clark will take on the newly formed job of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Mr. Clark will be in charge of generating lucrative, margin-rich revenue as well as scalable, repeatable sales throughout NWS' Custom Cabling and Materials Distribution Kitting & Logistics businesses.

Adrian Alday joins NWS as CFO from Vanguard Companies, where he was CFO and previously held a similar position at InterFlex. Grain Management, LLC, a renowned Washington, D.C.-based investment firm concentrating on the global communications industry, owns NWS.
